Jahrhundert zurckreicht und schlielich 1973 von Baron Edmond de Rothschild mit Stolz fortgeschrieben wurde. AUSBAU: Die Trauben werden ausschlielich von Hand geerntet. In der Kellerei werden sie sortiert und behutsam aufgebrochen. Anschlieend erfolgt die Grung im Edelstahltank zu 50% und 50% im Holzfass bei kontrollierten Temperaturen. Der Chteau Clarke reift zu 100% in Barriques aus Eichenholz.
