The company honored the warranty and sent me a replacement. So far it is working great and I love it like my first one. Hopefully it will last. If it also fails quickly I’ll update again and take off stars. If it lasts I’ll increase stars because I really do love this. It works far better than any other one I’ve owned, it’s a nice light weight, comfortable to hold, has strong power, holds a charge well, has three speed options, and has a stand. I’ve tried multiple frothers. This one is by far the best one yet with best design and features.
