I bought it for the size. I wanted something large enough to protect my new couch until my dogs learned to stay off of it. They would come in from outside being really excited and jump on the couch, this blanket helps to protect my couch. It does not fall off because it’s large enough to completely cover from the floor to the back behind my couch and my couch is more of an oversized. This blanket washes beautifully, it looks the same as it did when I first bought it after washing. I washed on cold and when I dried I did low heat. I ordered the blue and the color is very nice. I got a great price on this blanket when I bought it, the blue was on sale. I would definitely buy again! I am very happy with it!
