Seit dem Jahr 1928 befindet sich die historische Senfmhle im Besitz der Familie Fallot. Es ist die letzte von ehemals hunderten von burgundischen Senfmhlen, die unabhngig geblieben ist. Noch Heute wird in den ursprnglichen Gebuden und nach berlieferten handwerklichen und traditionellen Methoden kstlicher Senf hergestellt.

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.
