I'm sixty-three, 5'2 height, and I wear a size 14. I do 3-4 intermediate Pilates sessions each week. I wear black capri yoga pants and a black racer back top of natural fabric, but I add a bit of color with the sports bra. I was very impressed by the fit of this bra; the fabric is soft, breathable, and the bra design offers excellent support.
