Domaine Berthoumieu | La Fé | AOP Madiran | Französischer RotweinEin Single Vineyard Tannat aus dem Sdwesten Frankreichs, gewachsen auf Tonkalk und ganz ohne zugesetzten Schwefel auf die Flasche gebracht. Rund 12 bis 16 Monate reift er teils in Stahl, teils im Barrique, was ihm eine ungeschnte, aber sehr ehrliche Kraft verleiht. In der Nase drngen sich dunkle Beeren, Tabak und eine kruterwrzige Note nach vorn, ohne jede Vanille Se. Am Gaumen gibts ordentlich Biss: kernige, ppige Tannine und eine unverflschte
