Der Name "Arneis" enstammt wahrscheinlich von "Bric Renesio", einer Anhhe in der Umgebung der Tenuta Carretta. Die Trauben werden manuell gelesen und sanft gepresst. Der Ausbau erfolgt in Edelstahlgebinden und der Wein wird bereits nach drei Monaten abgefllt. Seine strohgelbe Farbe mit zartgrnen Reflexen besticht das Auge, sein fruchtiges, blumiges Bukett erfreut die Nase
