These are definitely designed for shorter people. They get 5* because they're still low cost and decent quality on fabric. Just have to pull the waist up because the calfs are not designed to be worn as capris and pull the entire leggings down. If it sized up one more then they'd just fall down because of the waist. So waistband fits as expected. They're just also for shorter people than me.

They are not a perfect fit, but fit well enough and I can overlook this because of how smooth they feel. I was able to return them but they should probably be listed as a separate item. They have an entirely different fit and texture and I would not recommend. Five stars for the heather colors, one star for the non-heather version.
