Rosa Marchetti ist eine alte italienische Reissorte, welche 1972 von Domenico Marchetti entdeckt und nach seiner Frau Rosa benannt wurde. Bei Vollkorn Integrale wird nur die uere, ungeniebare Schicht entfernt, bei halb geschlt semi lavorato wird auch noch eine weitere Schicht entfernt. Der halb geschlte Reis ist fr Risotto sehr empfehlenswert. Vollkornreis hat viel mehr Vitamine,
