leavin your homework undone in the studio with george jackson 1968 71This Kent Records compilation of George Jackson's studio recordings from 1968 1971 captures a soul and funk singer creating some of his most compelling work. His smooth, expressive baritone glides over tight arrangements and driving rhythms. "I Got A Feeling" and "I'm Gonna Hold On (To What I've Got)" showcase his emotional depth and the sophisticated production that defined late 60s soul music. Jackson explored themes of love, loss, and resilience

Read it. You'll like it.
Format: Kindle
This book is challenging. Mostly because it hurts. It hurts to see statistics. It hurts to see memorials of lives lost that didn't have to be. But for me, it hurts because we are to be kingdom people now and we've failed on the gun front. I'm in the process of taking a rifle that was used in suicide and turning into a tool for life. We need to do that. So buy the book. Read it. Wrestle with it. Then get to turning swords into ploughshares.
