Side sleepers - if you are like me and sleep on your side with arm tucked under pillow - flipping this pillow over in hopes of a cold side - forget it, itโ€™s already hot from your arm.

So it sometimes stays cool but if itโ€™s under a blanket and you have your body on it at all it will get warm but the spots you donโ€™t use will get cool sometimes. I am very disappointed in the material though because itโ€™s like my dry skin scratched the pillow case all over which makes me question it and I donโ€™t think I would buy again.
