• 2018 Riesling Numen •"NUMEN bezeichnet das metaphysische Wirken, das der Mensch nicht beeinflussen kann. Dementsprechend entstand dieser Wein beinahe ohne Eingriffe im Keller, ist naturbelassen und ausdrucksstark. Die Idee dahinter war einen Wein entstehen zu lassen, ihm die ntige Zeit geben und so das volle Potential der alten Reben nutzen. Der Numen Fum blanc wurde mit den Beeren interzellular angegoren, sanft gepresst, fr ber ein Jahr auf der Vollhefe ohne Eingriffe
