I adore when a romance packs an emotional punch, and this one absolutely does! There is depression, panic attacks, end of life care, sexism in the workplace, and so much more. Surrounding all of that though is a cute wlw love story with fake dating, a funny dog, delicious food, pop culture references, road trips, a sick/comfort moment, and deep conversations! All in all- I really enjoyed this one! Andie did an amazing job at writing characters that felt real and familiar! I can’t wait to see what else she writes moving forward!
