I recommend maybe gluing to the wall in addition to the rest and definitely screwing into a stud. They're easy enough to figure out without the instructions. But I will say they're supposed to be screwed in underneath to the rods but they did not come with an appropriate screw for that so I had to use some I already had on hand.
