Our tool comes with a powder refill that will fill the brush 2 3 times. Fill the bottom portion of the brush approximately 3 4 of the way full and screw it to the pink tool with the 'puff' on the top. When ready to use, remove the cap, and gently tap across your paper. The tool will leave a light layer of powder to absorb moisture from the paper
