Very PURE supplement. No extremely nasty fillers or chemical compounds which is hard to find today on the market. I feel as though it's helping slightly with my energy levels, with Mag. Malate being the key. I take one every morning on an empty stomach with a probiotic and 24oz of water. Then a Mag. Glycinate at night to encourage sleep. The combination of these two Magnesium's have encouraged more regular bathroom visits for me when consistently taken (do not exceed 400mg-500mg or severe laxative effects can take place). It is a larger pill but I have not had issues with swallowing- as I can have with others. Yes, a bit more costly than similar types but this brand focuses on main ingredients. Will buy again!
