If your horse spooks or panics and pulls back, the Equi Ping is designed to "ping" open when approx. 176 lbs. of force has been reached to help avoid injury to the horse. Totally reusable! This is an amazing piece of clothing and despite being so cheap (under $20), it looks super clean and professional. I love the way it fits and feels. It is polyester but it honestly is so comfortable that it feels like wool. I was a little nervous about buying from this brand at this price but I am honestly hooked onto Coofandy now. I usually wear a L but I got a M for a more flattering fit and since I have a shorter torso.
