PCA Bulk Cement - STS - Pack 3Built by CFMF of France for wagon leasing company STS (later VTG), the 50 PCA bulk cement wagons of the PC017B design diagram began entering service in 1982. A further batch of 15 wagons was manufactured in 1985 by another French firm, Fauvet Girel, and assigned the PC017C design code. Companies such as Blue Circle and Rugby Cement have leased these vehicles during their time in traffic.

I gave it 4 stars ONLY because I've had the nozzle break on at least 1 of these. So they could improve the way it sprays, but overall I'm very happy with the product. It keeps my whole family from getting burned and goes on clear. I love this because my kids always complain that they don't like the whitecast, so this one is a keeper!
