Nitrile rubber can tolerate short term dry running of the sealing lip. The operating temperature range without failure of nitrile rubber is 40 to +100 C. It has it all
It's exactly what it advertises and does everything I need it to. Enough space to fit my phone, readers, car keys, AirPods, wallet, and a little extra space for a small candle. I only wish the slot for the charging cable was a bit smaller sometimes the charging cable will slide out since there is nothing to catch it or secure it in place.
