Marcel Guay, Wood Sculpture, MarinerThis is a wonderful hand carved, wooden bust of a bearded mariner, by Marcel Guay. Signed by the artist. I'm unsure of the type of wood but it's likely pine. This piece is in excellent condition. Since the 1930s, the Bourgault family of Saint Jean Port Joli, Quebec has been world renowned for wood sculpture. This is an amazing piece of clothing and despite being so cheap (under $20), it looks super clean and professional. I love the way it fits and feels. It is polyester but it honestly is so comfortable that it feels like wool. I was a little nervous about buying from this brand at this price but I am honestly hooked onto Coofandy now. I usually wear a L but I got a M for a more flattering fit and since I have a shorter torso.
