Oil cloth is 100% waterproof and can be simply wiped clean with a warm, soapy sponge. To de crease oil cloth, lay it flat in a warm place then use your hands to smooth out the creases. Do not iron. It works!

Life Extension melatonin seems to work well. I’ve found that 1mg is as effective as the 3mg doses of other brands. I take 1mg every evening, as so does my German Shepherd. It helps us sleep through the night. We chose this brand because it’s clean and simple.
