I’m a little lanky (5’9”, 125-130lbs) and I want to like wide leg/baggy jeans so bad but every time I try them on, they look ridiculous on me. I’m also convinced that the buttons are more flattering over the fupa than a zipper. It’s like a hidden corset vs. a zipper that contours to your shape. If you’re in between sizes, definitely size down. Even if you’re not, you may still want to size down or buy both and return the one you don’t like
