Having looked around at brick and mortar stores around me locally I had a really hard to find one that was long enough to fit my wall. Glad I was able to find the Balucci floating shelf 48'. As a collector or toys and memorabilia from my travels I wanted something in my room that could hold a substantial amount of small toys and items. Installing was very easy pretty much securing the base with the hardware provided. And securing the base to the shelf itself. I'm very happy with the quality and also the strength of the shelf. Even with a good tug it was very tight. Maybe some longer screws would be more secure but I think the ones provided were good enough.
