The pedal is designed to gradually warm the transistors and maintain regulated temperature. When the LED is orange, the transistors are warming up to increase their transistor gain and to shift the bias point to the correct voltage. When the LED turns green, the warmer is off because the correct bias and transistor gain have been set. Expect this

Nice Coat Not So Great Packaging

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.

Really awesome coat

I love this coat. Its attached "scarf" didn't really do it for me, so I removed it. It is well constructed with quality fabric and stitching... at least for the price. I did some intense traveling with it over the holidays and it held up fine. Nice inner pockets. And I got compliments on the look. I would say that it runs a bit small or that I gained more weight over the holidays than I thought I did. I was able to use it as a top coat over a suit FWIW.
