It is possible that it was actually army issued, but did not receive the property

I just discovered this lotion and I love it. It’s rich but not greasy and it soaks in very quickly. It doesn’t feel hexx as by but leaves your sad kin feeling very moisturized. I’ve even used it on my face when it was feeling very dry- works great. Wish it came in a larger tube but this size is great for my purse and travel or if I want to add a little something to a gift.
