They provide an excellent source of protein and oils for predator type carnivorous (meat eating) fishes. Ours are collected and immediately packed while still in very fresh condition. Seems to be an okay shirt. It’s a little boxy and Definitely not slim fit. I’m an xl tee shirt guy so that’s what ordered. The body fits more like a 2xl but it’s not bad enough to bother returning. Kind of hoping it shrinks after a couple washes
