Water proof, but breathable, no condensation under the sheets. Disappointed there wasn't more "fluff", but does the job of protecting my mattress from coffee spills and natural body sweat in between weekly washing. I've had it a while, and it seems to be holding up with monthly washing and drying.

We rotate it but you an only turn it to put the head down where your feet were and back. And there’s no flipping it over. It’s fairly comfortable, but we have a mini foam “wall” between my husband and I.
