This design was popular in Germany for a long time and cheap crappy versions are still available in stores. This is an earlier style, made from steel and wood. It is in decent condition with some wear and rust. It is usable, but it needs a good cleaning. The cutter and teeth are still decently sharp.

What a waste of money this was. After receiving this I was excited to try it out, my excitement soon turned to disappointment. No matter what I did, the only thing that I could get to come out was clear liquid. It immediately went into the trash. Save your money and just go buy the BIC correction pen.
