Andre Clouet Rose NV 3.0L100% Pinot Noir. This ros showcases some fruit from the village of Ambonnay in addition to Bouzy. Strawberry and yeast with that forward red fruit immediately present. The palate is very balanced and keeps the exuberance of the nose in check with moderate acidity and an excellent seam of cream. Purchased twice. I wish they made these bigger. Moisturizing mouth well and flavor is pleasant and long lasting. I have Sjogrens and suffer with dry eye and mouth. These work better than regular lozenges.
