Double padded arm and thigh straps are easy to use, and easy to release. They are soft and plushy on one side, with designer fabric on the other. I am 6’4” weigh @ 230 lbs and ordered a 2XL. My dress shirt neck size is 17 inches. If you’re happy with a very loose fitting around your neck, then you’ll be ok with this mock turtleneck shirt. I ordered thinking it would be a snug fit around the neck size, not hanging down @ one inch or more in the front.
