There is a small paper clip included inside. This pattern of wallet was produced for many decades both well before the war and after. This one came from a store clean out with all war time or pre war items. so it is probably war time.

I really love everything I've tried from Daily Ritual and this shirt is no exception. The material is super soft and the fit is cute, feminine, flattering, making for a nice elevated "basic." The one thing I will note is that while I usually wear a small in most dresses from Daily Ritual (which is unusual for me, but I find this brand runs large) this top in the size small was too small and I had to return it for a medium, which is the size I (5'7, 140 lbs, 34F bust, 31" waist) usually wear.
