1950s oil painting by Jacques ZadigJacques Zadig was born in Paris in 1930, the son of William Zadig, an established and prolific Swedish sculptor. He was educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts as well as the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. He was awarded several prestigious scholarships, including the Ellen Trotzig Scholarship (1953) and the Skne Art Association award (1960). He has exhibited both individually, such as in Malm Town Hall (1954), Gallery Leger (1965),
