Be Good To Yourself: Snack Vol. 1A 12", 45 RPM, 180 gm vinyl offering of 4 songs not found on the CD nor LP. Featured artists include Don Dixon, Jack Cornell, Terry Anderson and Peter May. These songs are not outtakes but are performances fully the equal of those on the CD. The character of these four songs didn't fit the narrative arc of the CD, but there was no way we couldn't release them, so they got their own format. They are that good!
