There is a real tang to both nose and palate with orange peel, eucalyptus, varnished wood, fennel amongst many other flavours. There is a huge dry finish with just the right amount of acidity. Wonderful.

Not great
I bought these pillows based on customer reviews. I got them and let them poof out after opening... But they are awful. They're soft but there's nothing to them. Very flat and not supportive. I'm literally buying different pillows tomorrow.
