Etruscan Revival Micromosaic Scarf PinA striking late Victorian scarf clip. In the Etruscan revival style this piece dates to the late 1800s. The front of the brooch has a micromosaic scene of two birds surrounded by flowers. The reverse has raised lettering spelling out ROMA. This was likely a souvenir purchased from Italy on a grand tour visit. No hallmarks This piece has been professionally tested as 15ct gold with a 22ct gilding. 7 grams 3. 1cm width, 1. 3cm tall.
