O'Neil Company" The dress is in decent to good condition with some wear. There is some very light overall discoloration, most noticeable on the skirt. There are several brown spots on the skirt. The collar shows light discoloration. The hook and eye at the waist has left rust

Very fine glitter and spray. Not a ton of product (the bottle is like 5” tall) but enough for Halloween. It has a really beautiful sparkle and stays on my skin pretty well. Washes off with a washcloth.

Glitter spray does not say on like it says it should it flakes off all day everywhere
It says its that the glitter is suppose to last all day long but it does not, it flakes off very easily and sticks to EVERYTHING but where it is suppose to.
