Oil Flo is water soluble and contains no chlorinated fluorocarbons. Oil Flo instantly bonds to petrochemicals, whatever they may be (sealer, asphalt, coal tar, adhesive, paint, etc.), and then bonds to oxygen molecules present in plain water.
