Today I used my first mint flavored melt, it lasted for exactly an hour. This has been the most transformative spiritual text I've ever read, and it's a short read -- just a handful of chapters. However, it's something you'll come back to over and over again as you digest individual passages with new understandings you gain on your journey. This is also my favorite translation by far.
