Perfect DRGM Photo Edge CutterOriginal German photo trimmer. Marked MEI Perfect D. R. G. M. This is what puts the patterned edge on original photos. It is in overall good condition with some wear. The clear window is slightly yellowed. The red paint on the wooden handle is worn. There are a few rust specks. To operate it, a little sideways pressure helps make a clean cut, just like most modern paper cutters. This could really take your reenacting photos to a new level.
