The clear window is slightly yellowed. The red paint on the wooden handle is worn. There are a few rust specks. To operate it, a little sideways pressure helps make a clean cut, just like most modern paper cutters. This could really take your reenacting photos to a new level.

Works great. I used to plug in a mouse, an external hard drive, and an overhead Nikon digital camera for historic digitization of documents and books. This USB3.1 gen 2 hub is well made, featuring VIA Labs controller (device id 2109:2822) and is made in China. It looks nice and performs according to the specs.
