Prodigy 500 M5 (5/5/-2/0.5)The Prodigy 500 M5 is a highly workable, understable midrange designed for players who want effortless glide and precise shot shaping. With flight numbers 5 5 2 0. 5, the M5 excels at smooth turnovers, hyzer flip lines, and long, drifting midrange shots that hold their angle without fighting out early. It is an excellent choice for technical fairways, wooded courses, and controlled approach shots where finesse and touch matter more than brute force.

365 By Whole Foods Market, Milk Thistle, 60 Count (60 Count (Pack of 1)) The supplement come with capsules. The isnstruction is somehow vague. It says Take a capsule, 1-3 times per day. It does not mention before drink, after drink or during drink. I tried before drink and did not feel much better lol. Probably gonna try a few more times and update this review later.
