After using this chair for about a month, I can confidently say that it's one of the most comfortable office chairs I've sat in for an extended period of time. It was easy to put together. Material feels durable. Only downside is that it doesn't tilt lock and the arm rest height isn't adjustable (though it can be folded up). I'm 4'11" and the back is the perfect height for me with great neck and lumbar support. My feet kinda dangle but I use a foot rest so it's not a big deal. My boyfriend who's 5'10" says it's comfy but the back could be taller.
